Job Description
Position: Application Analyst II Beaker
Location: Fully Remote
Job Type: Full Time (Salary benefits & bonus)
Applications Supported: Epic Sunquest Data Innovations (DI) and other clinical platforms within acute care services
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Epic Beaker and related systems
Provide end-user and application support including issue resolution
Collaborate with internal ITS teams and external vendors
Participate in scheduled on-call rotations
Required Qualifications:
4 8 years of experience in Epic Beaker support and implementation
Hands-on experience with Data Innovations (DI) integration
Strong project management and facilitation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Teams WebEx and related tools
Preferred: Haemonetics experience Epic Beaker certification and a clinical license (RN LPN Rad Tech Lab Tech)
