Position: IT Technical Recruiter
Location: Trapezoid IT Park C-27 C Block 3rd Floor Sector 62 Noida
Work Type: Work from Office (Monday to Friday 9 AM 6 PM; occasional Saturdays if required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and screen IT professionals through job portals social media and networking.
- Submit a minimum of 8 quality profiles to clients on a daily basis.
- Coordinate interviews feedback and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system regularly.
- Work on Permanent Hiring and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) mandates.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in building a career in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily submission targets.
- Prior experience in IT recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
