Get to Know the Role
- We are looking for Assistant Manager of the Regional Collections Analytics QC & Training team to support the team in the data-related processes as well as quality control and training related processes in the Collections area
- You will report into the Manager Regional Collections Analytics QC & Training and be based in Petaling Jaya working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will be responsible for all regular reports and ad-hoc collection-related analysis for all countries and monitor backend strategies and ensure operations are running in all 6 countries
- You will work with country collection managers and the data team for all collection related inquiries and targets.
- You will provide support in designing and accomplishing dynamic collection strategies for backend (late DPD >90) collections ensuring qualified accounts are endorsed to the External CollectionAgency (ECA) monthly and tracking their repayment and performance.
- You will assist country collection managers in preparing and forecasting budgets including the number of agents and collection activity costs (e.g. SMS Telco Incentive LOD among others).
- You will support the in other initiatives such as UAT for system migration and testing of new technology to enhance collection efficiency and customer engagement.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have a degree holder in a relevant field such as Finance Business Data Analytics Computer Science or related disciplines
- You have a min of 5 years of working experience preferably in the Fintech industry or financial services.
- You have knowledge of credit risk management debt recovery strategies and legal regulations are good to have.
- You have a strong understanding of database structures and tools such as SQL Power BI and other data visualization or analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau Excel VBA Python for data analysis).
