Job Description
Vous aurez comme missions :
- Gestion dincidents (diagnostic rsolution documentation amlioration continue)
- Support et maintien dapplications mtier (CarlSource MyQumas)
- Documentation des processus qualit et gestion des non-conformits
- Intgration de solutions techniques dans un cadre projet
- Reprise de donnes mtier (nettoyage import validation)
- Dploiement multi-site dapplications critiques
- Travail en lien avec la validation qualit pharmaceutique
- Dplacement initial requis chez le client Toulouse (1 mois) puis dplacements semestriels (Toulouse ou Maroc - Alten)
Qualifications :
Diplme : Ingnieur Systmes & Rseaux avec comptences en support applicatif et en environnement industriel. Francophone curieux bonne capacit de communication capable de monter en comptence rapidement sur des applications mtier.
Exprience : entre 2 et 3ans
Comptences :
- Systmes et Rseaux (ancien administrateur apprci)
- Gestion dincidents / Ticketing
- Qualit & validation pharmaceutique
- Outils : Excel ALM CarlSource MyQumas
- Langages : VBA Python
- Rigueur autonomie esprit danalyse
