Your responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders: entry and follow-up (local and export).
- Handle and respond to all customer requests
- Follow up back-orders and produce status reports
- Automotive telephone sales
- Handling very low level Technical enquiries on parts availability.
- Manage goods return process and credit requests
- Support sales and marketing in promotional activity.
- Data management (including electronic orders)
- Handle technical queries appropriately including part number interpretation
- Corporate Audit Champion Automotive Aftermarket East Africa Region
- Internal Audit Champion Automotive Aftermarket East Africa Region
- Steering SGS for Automotive Aftermarket Test Reports East Africa Region
- Steering SGS for Automotive Aftermarket Bosch Statement of Registration East Africa Region
- Automotive Aftermarket Interface with KEBS for documentation requests East Africa Region
- Automotive Aftermarket Interface with KRA for TIMS Kenya
- Automotive Aftermarket interface with Bureau Veritas
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications :
Education:
- Degree in supply chain / logistics or related field.
- Intermediate level MS Excel
- Vast exposure and drive for digitization.
- Customs and Foreign trade exposure.
- Logistical background.
Experience and knowledge:
- Computer literate experienced in MS Office
- SAP knowledge experience is essential
- Good understanding of the supply chain processes
- Automotive parts sales experience an advantage
- Bosch Automotive product knowledge an advantage
- Strong team player.
- Mentor to others.
