Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the Enhanced Care Management Team Community Supports provider and Case Managers. Under the supervision of the Program Director the Program Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of North County Lifelines CalAIM and CinA programs. This position is responsible for program oversight daily operations monthly billing budgets and supervision of all service staff. The Program Manager is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the staff in the Youth Development department and to serve as a liaison between the Youth Development department and other departments within Lifeline and between Lifeline and the community. Must demonstrate knowledge of trauma informed client driven and culturally competent care. The Program Manager will assure that all services provided to our clients and families are implemented through a client driven wellness and recovery model that is strength and outcome based culturally relevant and trauma informed.

Requirements/Qualifications
Licensed LMFT LCSW required. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Must possess the ability to make sound clinical decisions. Must be able to apply clinical judgment ethics and accountability to formulate best practices in quality of care. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate the interpersonal sensitivity and cultural competency needed for working with diverse populations and workforce. Ability to stablish and maintain effective working relationship with staff. Experience working within dual diagnosis and case management Experience working with at-risk youth issues desired. Compatibility with agency purpose goals philosophy and approach. Must have good driving record and willing to use own properly insured reliable vehicle for the job (mileage reimbursed). Employment subject to clearances including background finger printing checks driving record tuberculosis testing and drug testing

The employee may be exposed in an extremely stressful environment where there are considerable mental and emotional demands. Travel is required to the schools/ community. Employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee will be required to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer.
Work Schedule
Full- time 40 hours per week (flexible hours)
