Job Description
We are looking for a Service BDC agent to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with service appointments
- Provide customers with initial appointment request and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email scripts and templates
- Follow up with leads provided in GM on-line manifest
- Utilize communative applications to keep customers updated on vehicle status in the service department
- Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid drivers license
