The Role
We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team by identifying and engaging top talent across various channels. In this role you will focus on the early stages of the recruitment process helping to build strong candidate pipelines and contributing to an exceptional candidate experience from the first point of contact. Your work will be instrumental in creating a smooth and engaging journey for every candidate.

Publish job openings across our website job boards and relevant sourcing platforms
Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing methods including LinkedIn talent databases Boolean search and niche platforms
Maintain and update our candidate database ensuring accurate tracking and assisting with ad-hoc recruitment reporting
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and transparent recruitment process
Stay informed about sourcing tools recruitment technologies and industry best practices offering insights and suggestions for process improvements
Consistently deliver high-quality results while managing sourcing tasks and candidate engagement activities
Take increasing ownership of the initial recruitment stages including screening and outreach with minimal supervision
In the first month well expect you to
Get onboarded and meet the team
Have a good understanding of the market we operate in
Study and understand the current job openings
Implement your first tasks in the recruitment process
Begin supporting job posting and basic database cleanup tasks
Understand the current sourcing channels and recruitment funnel metrics
At 3 months well expect you to
Have a good understanding of our roles and product
Be able to work on more complex tasks
Follow the best recruitment practices
Work comfortably with all our internal tools
Collaborate with the internal team on pipeline building and candidate engagement strategies
At 6 months well expect you to
Independently manage sourcing for junior to mid-level roles
Refine Boolean and X-ray search skills to reach niche candidate profiles
Monitor and report on sourcing KPIs (e.g. response rates candidate conversion)
Suggest and test improvements to job ad placements and sourcing campaigns
At 12 months well expect you to
Own sourcing strategy for a key business area or region
Recommend new sourcing tools platforms or automation techniques
Analyze sourcing data and trends to inform hiring strategies

Required Skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Human Resources Communications or other relevant fields
