We have an opportunity for a qualified passionate engaging innovative and dynamic teacher to fill the role of PDHPE/Sports Primary Teacher commencing Term 3 2025.
This is a permanent full time position working across Kindergarten to Year 6 in accordance with our RFF program.
The successful candidate will:
- Be energetic motivated and contribute to the innovative educational direction that exists within the College
- Create engaging and dynamic learning experiences
- Demonstrate a passion for both teaching and pursuing innovative thinking through differentiated and individualised PE lessons
- Plan and implement programs for both Physical Education and Sport
- Participate in IPSSO (Independent Primary Schools Sports Organisation) and CSSA (Christian Schools Sports Association) events
- Together with the Director of Sports & Co-Curricular P-12 and the PE team support all school sporting carnivals and other Primary years sporting events
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Participate in pastoral and co-curricular programs including student wellbeing initiatives school camps and excursions
- Have a suitable Primary Education or Secondary PDHPE Degree
- Have the ability to assent to the Colleges Statement of Faith
NESA Accreditation and a current Working With Children Check (WWC) number is required.
