Reporting to the Senior Director Infrastructure the Lead Support Engineer Corporate IT Operations is responsible for supporting our executive team in building out our technologies processes and organization to better position Veralto for the future.

This position is part of the Infrastructure Department located in Waltham MA and will be onsite.

The essential responsibilities of the role:

• Provide comprehensive endpoint support for Veralto Corporate associates and executives primarily using Dell Latitude devices.
• Work with HR to provide an all-encompassing onboarding presentation to new hires that outlines our policies and processes
• Manage and troubleshoot AV systems within the corporate office such as Microsoft Teams Rooms Jabra Speakers Jabra Headsets etc.
• Create and maintain documentation which includes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Standard Work and Knowledge Base articles
• Monitor manage and complete incidents in Jira IT Service Management for all Veralto Corporate associates.

The essential requirements of the role:

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and executive-level presentation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Dell Latitude laptops and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or lead a small team effectively.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality end-user support while implementing and refining support processes for efficiency and consistency.

It would be an asset if you have:

• A Bachelors degree
• Any related IT certifications
• 10 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience with AV systems and network troubleshooting
