**$20000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible**
*Candidates must be external and have at least 6 months of Registered Nurse experience to be eligible for the Sign-on Bonus.
ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital offers a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services in southern Michigan and Ohio. A national leader in treatment of heart attack congestive heart failure pneumonia and surgical care as well as a Primary Stroke Center ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital is also a pacesetter in Michigan for obstetrics emergency care intensive care controlling infections and organ donation.
Position Summary:
TheRegistered Nurse (RN)is the core of ProMedicas world-class patient care team. By providing patient-centered care through sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience ProMedica nurses are dedicated to improving health outcomes for our patients and for the communities we serve.
As the coordinator of a patients plan of care you will interact with the patient families and the health care team through open communication mutual respect and shared decision-making. The RN will assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis and plan implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.
In this position you will work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff as you strive to achieve patient care goals. As a ProMedica RN you will work to improve patient care your work environment and patient and staff satisfaction.

Unit Overview:
- Located on the 3rd Floor
- 24 Bed Unit
Patient Population:
- A wide variety of intermediate level patients specializing in cardiology (chest pain atrial fibrillation CHF etc) COVID and respiratory care
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.

- Bachelors in nursing
