Your tasks:
- Design and improve end-to-end processes across the product development lifecycle (from roadmap planning to delivery and operations)
- Lead the agile transformation acrossthe organization fostering adoption of frameworks (e.g.SAFeLeSS) tailored to team maturity and business needs
- Define and implement metrics and dashboards to track team performance delivery health and process bottlenecks
- Define and own the tool-based approach to running product development processes efficiently
- Act as a liaison between Product Management DesignandEngineering ensuring shared understanding of priorities dependencies and deliverables
- Facilitate key planning and alignment ceremonies (e.g. quarterly planning product reviews retrospectives)
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to streamline tooling governance and collaboration mechanisms
- Identifyand mitigate operationalrisks;surface systemic blockers early
- Manage cross-team initiatives that require operational coordination shared ownership and continuous improvement
- Coach teams and leaders on agile principles process ownership and effective collaboration
Your skillset:
A bachelors or masters degree in computer science information systems business psychology or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience
- 4 years of experience in productoperations engineeringoperations or operational roles within software organizations
- Hands-on experience in agile transformations across mid- to large-scale teams
- Experiencefacilitatingcollaboration across Product and R&D functions in a SaaS or technology company
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Solid experience working in an Agile product development process and with Atlassian (Jira Confluence) or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and how to pragmatically apply them in different contexts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve team effectiveness
- Excellent facilitator with experience running planning events workshops and retrospectives
- Systems thinker who can see both the big picture and the detail needed for execution
- Experience with agile and collaboration tools (e.g. JiraLucid Notion)
- Skilled communicator and relationship builder with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to drive change foster accountability and build consensus
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English; German would be a big plus
