About the Role
Were looking for Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team at one of Pampangas newest restaurant concepts. This is a chance to take ownership of menu development team growth and day to day kitchen operations in a fast- paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Menu Planning and Recipe Development includes designing cost and innovate menus aligned with brand identity
Food Preparation and Cooking oversee daily operations and food preparations.
Lead and mentor kitchen team members.
Inventory control and cost efficiency includes supplier relations and waste management.
Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
What We Expect (Skills and Qualifications)
Must Haves
Minimum 5 years of experience in Head Chef role or equivalent leadership role.
Culinary Degree or Equivalent Professional training (Expertise in American Filipino Korean Cuisine preferred)
Ability to train lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Strong skills in menu planning inventory control and kitchen management.
High standards in food hygiene preparation and presentation.
Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays as needed.
