Job Description

Contract to Hire Opportunity

Marion OH

Our client is committed to customer satisfaction through the continual improvement of our products processes and services. They specialize in machining and metal fabrication utilizing laser cutting metal forming and welding for industrial and commercial industries.


Essential Functions:

-Produce parts and tools from metal or other materials using a press brake a computer numeric controlled (CNC) piece of equipment that makes precision bends punches or cuts into material.
-Operators look at blueprints for the finished product make adjustments to the machine to control speed material feed and path of the bend as well as make sure the machines are set up properly working well and producing quality product.
-Make sure machines are working at full capacity are stocked with needed materials well-maintained and perform periodic checks on output.
-Look at the finished product to ensure it is defect-free and ready for the next step in production.

Requirements:

-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Strong Communication skills
-Self-Motivator
-Attention to Detail
-Ability to analyze blueprints and knowledge of Manufacturing Equipment
-Aptitude for math problem-solving and computer skills

Preferred:

-1 years experience using a CNC Press Brake.
