The selected student worker will provide clerical and technical support for grant development and award administration and data analysis support by collecting and updating data interpreting data and entering data in multiple business applications. Must be able to utilize data visualization techniques to design and create communication and easy-to-understand graphic and visual representations of large amounts of tracking data assist with developing an online database of documentation access navigation and workflows to support standardization of grant management activities. Student Workers must be able to help develop and document policies procedures and quick user guides; support grant management staff; assist with end-user training when needed; and participate in departmental meetings.

Required Qualifications: Proficient in standard office applications from Microsoft Google and Adobe software; intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; awareness and understanding of best data practices; ability to work 10 to 20 hours per week based on class schedule and organized.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledgeable of SharePoint Online and smartsheet.
