ICF is currently seeking an experienced early childhood senior leader capable of providing vision and priorities for key technical assistance (TA) programs on an HRSA project as the Program Director for the Maternal Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program Technical Assistance Resource Center.
Candidates should have a superior mix of project management and business development skills; experience and knowledge of and a strong understanding of federal early learning priorities systems and services. The Managing Director plans and manages deliverables for a large contract with the federal government to support high-quality implementation of home visiting through TA; improve the performance of home visiting programs to positively impact family outcomes by connecting awardees to technical expertise sharing best practices engaging experts and stakeholders and utilizing evaluation and CQI methodologies.
The Managing Director is responsible for establishing and managing key relationships with the federal government and its representatives and will work closely with external stakeholders. The Managing Director will be responsible for leading managing and monitoring all aspects of the project including contractual administration.
The ideal candidate will have a background and experience in child development maternal and child health family engagement and home visiting program implementation with a focus on supporting effective program implementation capacity building and the full implementation of Home Visiting program requirements. Experience working with HRSA and the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) is preferred. Knowledge of other federal programs and policies related to early childhood development and continuous quality improvement is expected.
This position is home based with up to 25 percent travel to attend client meetings related conferences and additional meetings.
