Overview of the Position Responsibilities: At Bluepeak were committed to connecting communities with high-speed affordable fiber internet that keeps them thriving. As a Senior Marketing Specialist youll play a key role in shaping our local presence and driving engagement through impactful marketing programs. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to execute and optimize marketing initiatives at the local and regional level.
What You Will Do:
Lead the planning and execution of local events sponsorships and promotions. Oversee logistics vendor relationships on-site setup and post-event analysis to ensure successful outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses community organizations and influencers to amplify Bluepeaks presence and forge meaningful partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt national campaigns and materials for local relevance ensuring messaging resonates with regional audiences and supports brand objectives.
Coordinate the production and deployment of localized marketing materials across multiple channels and events maintaining brand consistency and effectiveness.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to assign representatives to events providing them with talking points assets and materials to maximize customer engagement and acquisition opportunities.
Monitor the performance of campaigns and events analyzing key metrics and compiling insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
Assist in managing the local marketing budget by tracking expenses processing invoices and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Serve as a key liaison between the marketing team and cross-functional partners to align efforts share insights and drive results.
What You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
46 years of experience in marketing events management or community outreach with a track record of successfully executing campaigns and initiatives.
Experience leading or supporting marketing efforts at the local or regional level.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
Ability to travel as needed to support local events partnerships and community initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams).
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Required to use hands handle objects and paperwork.
Required to use close vision and be able to focus.
Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
Must be able to operate office equipment including but not limited to telephone headset computer and printer.
Required to lift up to 50lbs at a given time.
Must have reliable transportation.
Salary Range: $67000 - $88000
