Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experiencedQA/QC Engineer to join our team supporting high-impact mission-critical construction projects including data centers and other complex infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of quality across design construction and operational phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor quality metrics to evaluate project performance.
- Analyze trends identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Support the development of on-site QA/QC teams and processes.
- Facilitate communication between design construction and facility operations.
- Provide training on QA/QC procedures and responsibilities.
- Audit QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with standards.
- Review MEP submittals and design documentation for quality assurance.
- Oversee commissioning documentation and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and factory witness tests for equipment.
- Track and close out issues using BIM360.
- Develop QA/QC dashboards and reporting tools.
- Participate in key project meetings and quality reviews.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of QA/QC experience in data centers or mission-critical construction.
- Strong background in Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.
- Familiarity with civil structural MEP and I&C disciplines.
- Proven leadership in QA/QC and commissioning programs.
- Experience managing contractors consultants and vendors.
- Deep understanding of mission-critical infrastructure systems.
