Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking an experiencedQA/QC Engineer to join our team supporting high-impact mission-critical construction projects including data centers and other complex infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of quality across design construction and operational phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor quality metrics to evaluate project performance.
  • Analyze trends identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
  • Support the development of on-site QA/QC teams and processes.
  • Facilitate communication between design construction and facility operations.
  • Provide training on QA/QC procedures and responsibilities.
  • Audit QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Review MEP submittals and design documentation for quality assurance.
  • Oversee commissioning documentation and schedules.
  • Conduct site inspections and factory witness tests for equipment.
  • Track and close out issues using BIM360.
  • Develop QA/QC dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Participate in key project meetings and quality reviews.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of QA/QC experience in data centers or mission-critical construction.
  • Strong background in Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.
  • Familiarity with civil structural MEP and I&C disciplines.
  • Proven leadership in QA/QC and commissioning programs.
  • Experience managing contractors consultants and vendors.
  • Deep understanding of mission-critical infrastructure systems.
