Were expanding and are looking for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Access Aged Care team across Gosford and Wyoming.

What Youll Do
- Provide clinical management and coordination across residential aged care facilities in Gosford and Wyoming.
- Conduct regular resident reviews and support person-centred care plans.
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team supported by a Nursing Regional Manager and admin staff.
- Build strong relationships with residents families and facility partners.
- Use your clinical knowledge and IT skills to ensure quality outcomes.

What Youll Bring
- Diploma of Nursing and AHPRA registration.
- A minimum of 18 months Enrolled Nurse experience (leadership experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational problem-solving and communication skills.
- Confidence with IT and documenting resident needs.
- A drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
