- Accurately collect and record vital signs (blood pressure blood glucose heart rate respiratory rate and oxygen saturation).
- Conduct basic client assessments to aid in determining overall health status.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols and procedures.
- Perform Clinical Breast Examinations as needed following established guidelines and protocols.
- Educate women on proper Breast Self-Examination techniques.
- Conduct health education sessions on the importance of cancer screening and early detection (oral breast and cervical).
- Provide essential support to the screening team during community visits and at screening camps.
- Assist with client assessments screenings and SBCC activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
Were looking for you if:
- You hold a current nursing license and relevant certifications.
- You possess 2 years of experience as a registered nurse.
- You have experience in conducting clinical breast examinations.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and interact with diverse populations.
- You possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in community health settings is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous but not required.
