3-day work week
Part time or Full time
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our practice in West New York NJ. Ideally the incoming Physical Therapist has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills is willing to work in a collaborative environment coordinating with other healthcare professionals and has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. We have an amazing work environment specializing in high quality care and we are looking for a likeminded Physical Therapist to join our team. A huge plus if the incoming PT is bilingual in Spanish and we are flexible in our need and can accommodate a PT looking for either part time or full-time work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform initial patient examination and continuing functional evaluations.
- Evaluate patients physical condition and needs developing a tailored rehabilitation program based on their unique challenges.
- Ensure excellent and compliant department documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including doctors acupuncturist and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient case management.
- Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for and progress through their care plans
- Provide hands-on therapy including exercises stretches manual therapy and therapeutic modalities.
- Educate patients on exercises they can do at home for faster recovery and long-term health benefits.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Physical Therapy license in NJ
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Part time or Full time
- Monday Wednesday and Friday
- $100k - $150k per year
- Flexible schedule
- Vacation/time off
