Interaction on claims will be with client insurer and internal stakeholders in WTW
Scrutinizing the data shared by the customerfor accuracy of claims intimation and entering the same in the marine claims portal
Thoroughly check documents submitted by customer and in case of discrepancies communication to be sent back to the customer.
Registering the claims in marine portal keeping a track of each and every claim case using the WTW Id and Insurer claim number
Following up with Insurer for the status of claims
Periodic sharing of MIS to customer as per timelines agreed
Coordinating with concerned stakeholders both at customer end and with internal stakeholders including IT team for solving any issues related to the claims process in portal.
Dealing with issues related to claims settlement on salvage variation in rate/assessment etc. The standard reference charts will be shared.
Escalations/any Issues related to claims to be handled on priority & to ensure client satisfaction as per the timeline defined in the
Coordination for assessment & settlement of claims and arranging necessary communications to be sent to garages/repairers/dealers & client.
All queries related to claims to be addressed in a timely manner as defined in the SLA
Coordination with Insurer for issuance of marine certificates (from time to time) and if necessary may have to issue through broker credentials.
