Overview

Join the UKs largest independent property group and play a vital role in shaping the future of our business by hiring the best talent across the country. As part of the Talent Acquisition Team you will be responsible for identifying engaging and managing in top-tier Property Professionals and aspiring property agentsthroughout the UK.

In this candidate-facing role you will be the first point of contact for potential hires representing the Spicerhaart brand and values at every stage of the recruitment journey. From screening CVs to onboarding new starters you will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process ensuring a seamless efficient and professional experience for every candidate.

What is on offer of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Basic salary of 22500 increasing to 25000 upon completion of probation
  • Complete on-target earnings exceeding 32000 per year

What will you be responsible for as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Screening CVs
  • Conducting initial screening calls and telephone interviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers branch managers and all other colleagues within Spicerhaart
  • Responding to all candidates and giving them the best recruitment experience possible
  • Arranging and scheduling both face to face and virtual interviews
  • Advertising all vacancies using the relevant job boards
  • Arranging and participating in UK wide recruitment events assessment days and job fairs
  • Build relationships with external agencies to work together on those hard-to-fill roles

Essential skills of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Strong customer service skills are essential
  • A team player with experience in creating and maintaining relationships with your colleagues
  • Experience of managing your own workload
  • Diary management
  • Recruitment experience or experience within the property industry is desirable but not essential
  • The ability to make others feel comfortable confident and instil a sense of trustworthiness at all levels of the business
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal KPIs
  • Willingness to learn and be involved in team projects
  • Demonstrate respect for equality of opportunity and diversity
