Summary:
The Supervisor Operations & Maintenance will lead a team of 10-15 Project Specialists tasked with coordinating the completion of customer solar projects. The Supervisor will need to be able to quickly problem solve and remove roadblocks for the team. In this fast-paced role its critical that weekly targets are met to ensure the success of the project. The O&M organization will always keep the customer as the priority. Quick action and excellent communication are paramount to help preserve the customer experience during system downtime and/or required repairs.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Mentor new hires and direct reportshelp with questions provide guidance and assist with escalations when needed
    • Coach new hires and direct reportshelp direct reports grow and improve
    • Understand analyze and present KPIs/metrics to demonstrate team performance
    • Help improve and scale the department

Required Skills Knowledge and Abilities:

    • Solar experience required
    • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
    • Ability to effectively communicate to key stakeholders
    • Must be able to adapt quickly to learning new systems
    • Advanced Excel and CRM (Salesforce) knowledge
    • Team player collaborative ability to work well with others
    • Bachelors degree preferred
Compensation:$60000 per year
