Job Description
Note:This position requires employees to be on-site two days per week at the Overland Park KS office (after 90 days of on-site training). Flexible work-from-home options are available for the remaining days.
Note: You must have federal court filing experience and 3 years of litigation experience. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Support attorneys with all phases of litigation in IP law
- Draft and file legal documents in federal courts
- Organize and manage discovery materials and document productions
- Coordinate schedules deadlines and court filings
- Assist in trial preparation and exhibit organization
- Maintain client correspondence and case files with high attention to detail
Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation experience required
- Federal court filing experience required
- Strong knowledge of IP litigation is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office
