About the Position:
The document processorposition is a full time position focused on preparing the final paperwork for purchase of a vehicle ensuring the accuracy of the completed paperwork and assisting in collecting anything needed post sale from the customer. The document processorwill assist management and product specialists to make sure that the final deal is completed correctly and that any after sales follow-up is handled in a smooth and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
Preparing the paperwork for the deal and ensuring the accuracy of the information.
Collecting the final deal paperwork and making sure all signatures are present.
Scanning the deal if not done through e-signature to make sure there is a digital copy.
Organizing the deal and getting it ready for the office.
Assisting in collecting anything necessary post sale from the customer.
Assisting in other necessary tasks to ensure a high quality customer experience.
NO PRIOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
