Job Description
Maintenance Technician
Full-Time
Direct HireCompensation DOE: Up to $38/hr.
Our client a global manufacturer of high-precision aerospace components delivering critical engine and airframe parts to leading aircraft platforms worldwide is looking for a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team.
What you are doing as a Maintenance Technician:
Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines and high-precision turbine manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues dismantle machines replace defective parts and reassemble.
Perform intermediate-level troubleshooting with limited supervision and minimal guidance.
Enter and manage work orders equipment data and inventory in MMS (Maintain-it).
Support production improvements and occasional parts fabrication or scraping of ways.
Mentor less experienced maintenance team members as needed.
What you need to become a Maintenance Technician:
2 years of technical training and 3 years of maintenance experience (or equivalent combination).
Experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with CMMS systems like Maintain-it.
Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with team members.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-standards environment with minimal guidance.
