Contract Specialist (Nashville TN)
The Contract Specialist is tasked with assisting in the creation and renewal of service contracts by accurately entering and verifying details from signed agreements into the management system processing terminations and updating customer accounts while working under limited supervision.
Your role:
Assist in creating service contracts by accurately entering relevant details from signed agreements into the management system and verifying product information.
Support contract renewals and terminations by preparing necessary documentation and updating the management system for current customer accounts.
Maintain organized contract files providing accessible documentation for audits internal reviews and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support to Sales Teams and internal departments by responding to inquiries and offering detailed contract information including processing contract credit memos.
Youre the right fit:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Contract Management Contract Renewal and Administration or equivalent.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel data entry recordkeeping and documentation & reporting for effective administrative support.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office-based role.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position in Nashville TN is $21.00 to $34.00 plus overtime eligibility.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
Additional Information
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville TN.
