What awaits you
The ITSM Agents responsibility is to ensure that basic demand of core ITSM processes are met on a daily basis. The agent is involved in happenings concerning existing and new technologies and assures that relevant data about these activities are available and kept up to date in our internal system of record.
Main duties in the position:
Making sure that PwC CEE ITSM processes are enforced and applied to day-to-day operations;
Core platform that the agent interacts with is an ITSM tool (ServiceNow) where all the processes are taking place;
Report on any non-compliance escalate issues;
Provide advisory and consultancy to individuals and teams on existing processes and how to adhere to them;
Seek for improvements and innovation;
Having a high-level understanding of the front-office business and the relationship between the IT team and our customers.
Requirements:
Fluent English for effective communication with different types of audience moderate discussions and calls;
Ability to understand the high-level picture - solid understanding of how the organization works and being able to connect the dots;
Corporate experience/background preferred;
Ability to learn quickly and being flexible and agile;
Specific technical skills not required but being a technology enthusiast is preferred;
Any ITSM experience preferred not required;
Any ITSM/ITIL certification preferred not required;
ServiceNow knowledge preferred not required.
