About the role

  • Develop and execute marketing plans in the category to drive sales growth market share and improve brand image.

  • Analyze customer and consumer data to identify category growth opportunities and drive business performance.

  • Conduct in-depth competitive and market analysis to define counter-strategies and maintain the brands competitiveness in its market.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for the category and provide marketing and product innovation (NPD) launch strategies: incharge of the implementation and monitoring of 360 NPD launch plans conductor of the various sell-out teams (media/retail/crm/PR/Influence...).

  • In charge of campaign development: management of the creative brief for the adaptation of marketing assets according to the needs of the media and retail teams proofreading and compliance with EMEA and Group guidelines coordination with the legal teams.

  • In charge of analyzing the business and its key indicators (KPIs) to stimulate the growth of the category: volumes growth margin product mix sell-in sell-out...

  • Defend the category internally advocating for its value and business potential to various stakeholders.

About You
To succeed in this role we expect you to have:
At least four years of experience in product or brand marketing for a Direct To Consumers (D2C) company ideally with experience in a media agency environment.
Bac5 in Marketing
Experience managing campaigns including translating assets coordinating with legal teams and managing relationships with external partners to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
Solid knowledge of traditional and digital media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commercial acumen to understand the impact of the income statement and effectively achieve category objectives.
Ability to use creativity to develop innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple complex and multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.
Analytical mind with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for business growth.
Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to the changing pace of the business environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Fluency in English essential (B2 minimum) and fluency in another language is a plus.

About the role

- Dvelopper et excuter des plans marketing dans la catgorie pour stimuler la croissance des ventes des parts de march et amliorer limage de marque.

- Analyser les donnes clients et consommateurs pour identifier les opportunits de croissance de la catgorie et stimuler les performances commerciales.

- Effectuer une analyse approfondie de la concurrence et du march pour dfinir des contre-stratgies et maintenir la comptitivit de la marque sur son march.

- Dvelopper des stratgies de mise sur le march (Go to Market GTM) pour la catgorie et fournir des stratgies marketing et de lancement dinnovation produit (NPD) e: en charge de la mise en place et du suivi des plans 360 de lancement NPD chef dorchestre des diffrentes quipes sell-out (media/retail/crm/PR/Influence).

- En charge du dveloppement des campagnes: gestion du brief cratif pour ladaptation des assets marketing en fonction des besoins des quipes media et retail relecture et conformit aux guidelines EMEA et Groupe coordination avec les quipes lgales.

- Dfinir des indicateurs cls de performance (KPI) clairs et mesurables pour suivre le succs et identifier les domaines amliorer.

- Dfendre la catgorie en interne en dfendant sa valeur et son potentiel commercial auprs de diverses parties prenantes.

propos de vous

- Pour russir dans ce rle nous attendons de vous que vous ayez:

- Au moins quatre ans dexprience en marketing produit ou de marque pour une entreprise distribuant en direct auprs des consommateurs (Direct To Consumers - D2C) idalement avec une exprience dans un environnement en relation avec des agences mdias.

- Bac5 en Marketing

- Exprience de la gestion de campagnes y compris la traduction des ressources la coordination avec les quipes juridiques et la gestion des relations avec les partenaires externes pour garantir des livrables de qualit et dans les dlais.

- Solide connaissance des mdias traditionnels et digitaux.

- Excellentes comptences en communication verbale et crite.

- Sens commercial pour comprendre limpact du compte de rsultat et atteindre efficacement les objectifs de la catgorie.

- Capacit faire preuve de crativit pour dvelopper des stratgies et des initiatives marketing innovantes.

- Esprit dquipe collaboratif avec dexcellentes comptences en matire dtablissement de relations et la capacit dinfluencer les parties prenantes internes et externes.

- Capable de grer simultanment plusieurs projets complexes et multiples avec de solides comptences en gestion de projet.

- Esprit analytique avec la capacit danalyser les donnes et den tirer des informations exploitables pour la croissance de lentreprise.

- Capacit avre bien travailler sous pression et sadapter au rythme changeant de lenvironnement commercial.

- Matrise des applications Microsoft Office en particulier Excel pour lanalyse de donnes et la production de rapports.

- Maitrise de langlais indispensable (B2 minimum) et la maitrise dune autre langue est un plus.
