You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Programming and Planning Content Strategy Consideration Manager is responsible for planning distributing and defining marketing strategies for content initiatives across Zalando owned channels. In close alignment with our buying marketing and retail teams we plan audience-focused content with a goal to maximise our customer acquisition and shopping experience. As a Manager you will bring your expertise to support your Lead assortment focus and team members to create engaging and elevated multi-brand content that embraces Zalando values and highlights the assortment. You will also work in tandem with curators and ideators within the team to ensure content planning and budgeting align with storytelling needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring our content is commercially successful and delivers inspiration to the right audience at the right time as well as consideration to our Streetwear and Core categories

- our diversity & inclusion strategy: Execute and refine the annual content strategy ensuring alignment with brand business and category objectives. Collaborate closely with content curators creatives and marketing teams to develop compelling storytelling that resonates with sports enthusiasts. Work alongside market retail managers and buying teams to align content planning with streetwear and core assortment strategies seasonal trends and key commercial moments. Develop and implement data-driven content strategies for the sports category that engage different audience segments and drive both inspiration and conversion. Monitor content performance leveraging insights to optimize future planning and ensure alignment with business KPIs. Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional meetings providing strategic input from a content perspective. Manage and maintain content calendars ensuring timely execution across channels and consistency with category and business priorities. Stay ahead of industry trends competitor activity and evolving consumer behaviors to inform innovative content initiatives. Minimum 5 years of experience in content planning marketing or a related field preferably within e-commerce or retail. A strong passion for Streetwear / Core and an understanding of the unique needs and interests of Streetwear / Core consumers. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including creatives marketers and buyers. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
