Job Description
Rental/Loaner Car Manager Stanley Auto Group
Full-Time On-Site Automotive Dealership
Stanley Auto Group is seeking an organized detail-oriented and customer-focused Rental/Loaner Car Manager to oversee our growing fleet of 50 vehicles at our busy new car dealership. This is a key role responsible for the efficient operation of our loaner and rental program supporting both the service and sales departments while ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the dealerships loaner/rental car fleet (50 vehicles).
Coordinate the scheduling check-in and check-out of vehicles for customers.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage billing and fleet availability.
Handle all insurance documentation claims processing and damage reporting.
Work closely with the service and warranty departments to ensure proper billing and compliance.
Ensure loaner vehicles are maintained clean and ready for customer use.
Monitor and manage mileage maintenance schedules and vehicle rotation.
Maintain compliance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive rentals fleet management or dealership service departments strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Working knowledge of billing processes insurance claims and customer service best practices.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
