Are you looking for a high-profile product leadership role that allows you to shape and drive technical teams that are at the forefront of biopharmaceutical technology If so this Regional Technical Head role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.
As a Regional Technical Head you will be responsible for the End-to-End Innovation execution leadership for the regional portfolio delivering on time launches with technical mastery (cost manufacturing performance capacity service lead time product quality robustness and sustainability).
This role will provide/gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Significant Industrial experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Experience in product and process development and technology transfer.
Proven capability managing a highly complex and dynamic environment of priorities.
Experience leading the ideation and execution of a portfolio of projects (ideally innovation and savings).
Experience in influencing cross functional leadership team across multiple manufacturing development and supporting disciplines (eg Quality Digital and Data R&D finance HR)
Coaching and development of others.
Strategy development and execution and financial/ business acumen.
Experience delivering across multiple priorities across a balanced scorecard (Eg growth cost cash stewardship).
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
Excellent project and process management skills within a complex matrix.
Ability to operate in detail and scientifically without losing sight of commercial and business drivers.
In-depth knowledge of GMP and Regulatory requirements including Health Authority submission.
Ability to drive compliance and efficiency
