The General Maintenance Technician makes repairs to the heating ventilation air conditioning refrigeration electrical tube and plumbing systems. Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as assigned or otherwise required.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining all areas of his zone. Coordinates repairs with other staff and agencies to assure compliance with local codes guidelines and informs supervisor of any problems.
- Responsible for meeting required standards established around the organizations commitment to promote customer satisfaction economics productivity innovation people growth and organizational climate.
- Make rounds and equipment checks as required.
Requirements/Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Technical training in mechanical refrigeration electrical and/or plumbing.
