Job Description
Work for a Union County NJ thriving geotechnical engineering firm providing subsurface investigations strategic consulting construction quality control and value engineering to design professionals contractors private developers and public agencies.
Summary - Architectural CAD Designer
Responsibilities:
*Utilize AutoCAD and BIM software for creating drawings.
*Coordinate any ongoing project revisions and addendums as required.
*Maintain ongoing custom CAD libraries and standards.
*Communicate effectively with team consultants vendors and clients.
Job Requirements:
*Proficient in AutoCAD
*Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting Architectural and Structural Design Documents.
*Basic knowledge of standard construction practices and frame carpentry.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu software.
*Good written and verbal communication skills.
*Efficient thorough detail oriented and dedicated to quality work.
*Degree in Architecture/Engineering technology Building Construction or prior experience in detailing recommended.
Salary Range: $80000 - $90000
