Job Description
CNA needed to assist a client with a hoyer lift as well as providing transportation in Guildford County(ACTIVE CNA-LICEASEURE REQUIRED)
Hours: 8:30a-4:30p; 4:30p-10p 7 days/week

- Base Pay:$18 / hourdepending on qualifications

Qualifications for - Certified Nursing Assistants:
- Minimum one year work experience (Preferred)
- Active State of North Carolina CNA License(REQUIRED)
- Reliable transportation
Job Responsibilities:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Hoyer Lift
- Experience with PureWick
- Transporting with wheelchair accessible van
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature pulse respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry meal preparation bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
