Summary of Position
The MRO Business Development Representative is responsible for generating quotes for aircraft inspection maintenance repair and overhaul services tailored to private jet owners charter operators and FBOs. This role involves identifying client needs obtaining work scopes and due lists and offering customized MRO solutions including scheduled maintenance AOG support avionics upgrades and parts procurement. The Representative tracks outstanding quotes provides regular updates to the MRO management team and maintains strong client relationships to drive growth within the private aviation market.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Initiates custom quotes in support of client leads for Elevate MRO maintenance and parts sales activities.
Migrates customer-approved quotes to work orders and maintains the production control pipeline reporting.
Proactively engage the lead list through consistent outbound efforts including sales calls email cadences text messaging video meetings and client visits.
Accurately document all client interactions and call notes in the CRM system.
Ensure timely and professional responses to all client emails.
Use CRM tools and lead generation
databases to qualify prospects and schedule appointments for presenting the full portfolio of Elevate Jet Management and Elevate MRO products and services.
Builds and maintains a pipeline of potential accounts through internal databases sales tools LinkedIn and local networking activities.
Develop and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication determining needs and finding solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client retention and revenue growth.
Collaborate with essential team members to ensure a seamless maintenance experience for clients.
Meet monthly quarterly and annual sales targets and report out on progress.
Performance of other duties as assigned and/or outlined by management.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Well organized and capable of aggressively pursuing a strategy of sales initiatives.
Ability to manage a varied list of high end clients and businesses.
A high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to act as an ambassador of the Elevate MRO brand to help grow culture.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google products.
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in related fields.
Aviation experience A&P License or Pilot License is highly preferred.
Experience with contact management CRM preferably HubSpot. Familiarity with aviation specific software/databases such as EBIS CAMP and FlightDocs a plus.
Schedule & Travel
Standard business hours are expected for this role however there may be times when work outside of these hours is required.
Travel domestically up to 25% to meet with prospective and current clients.
