CDM and SafetyManager
Arc Partnership isa joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and SCAPE. Formedin 2016 to support the council in creating an efficient safe and sustainableland and property portfolio.
We deliver multi-disciplinary property design consultancy master planning regenerationproject/programme management construction emergency reactive complianceasset management and planned services on behalf of Nottingham County Council
The role will support primarily Arc Partnerships projects including theirprincipal designer designer and principal contractor appointments but youllalso have the opportunity supporting the wider Scape Group and LungfishArchitects.
Your new role:
Were looking fora seasoned CDM and Safety Manager from a construction / designenvironment background.
We think the CDMand Safety agenda is about educating and motivating people to do the rightthing acting as an enabler at all levels be that on site in front of theboard or at safety committees. Youll advise assist and monitor activitiesacross the business to ensure compliance and deliver outcomes ensuring the standardsof performance are proportionate maintained and compliant.

Were looking for you to have significant experience in a senior healthand safety and CDM role gained within a construction and design environment. Thisincludes a practical working knowledge of construction and hands on experienceof implementing safety management systems in a construction environment.
Essential:
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
