Summary
For the Production Technologies department we are looking for a Originator Manufacturing Documentation PCA (f/m/d) at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The Production Technology department develops optimizes and qualifies the production processes and is responsible for the technological support for Hensoldt production at the Ulm site. An essential part of the production start-up of printed circuit boards is the transfer of the technological boundary conditions into the Manufacturing Data Package. This requires a deep understanding of the process at the interface between development/design/layout and the production line.
Your Tasks
Creation of project-related production documentation for PCAs (Printed Circuit Assemblies / electronic circuit boards) in database systems such as Valor MSS Process Preparation / SAP-PLM
Creation of production-related documents/drawings from a production engineering perspective (in German and English)
Supporting development with technical production issues
Participation in the creation of product structures
Editing of production documentation / technical drawings
Checking and archiving production data and documentation
Participation in the cost estimation for the creation of documents
Close cooperation with development design layout technology and configuration management
Contact point in the department for topics relating to SAP PLM and production documentation
Your Profile
Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering microsystems technology or mechatronics or training in a technical profession with additional qualification as a state-certified technician or similar
Experience in soldering and the assembly technology of electronic components
Relevant professional experience in the area of SAP-PLM advantageous
Knowledge of circuit diagrams drawings and parts lists as well as electronic components (design labeling value polarity)
Knowledge of manufacturing technology in electronics production SMD/THT/assembly/testing
Good communication skills in cross-departmental cooperation and independent work
Committed structured and team-oriented way of thinking and working
Business fluent German and good English skills
