Summary
We are looking for a Lead Engineer Product Development (f/m/d) for the Spectrum Dominance Products Engineering department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The Spectrum Dominance Products Engineering department is responsible for the product development and verification of active and passive EW systems and system elements.
Your Tasks
Developing new product ideas based on a business plan or product strategy together with a team of product managers architects and experts
Ensuring the integration of new technologies and innovations into product development
Responsibility for commonality and modularity between the different product areas in terms of system HW SW and FW designs
Technical leadership of the product development team
Ensuring compliance with quality standards norms and product requirements
Coordination between product and project development and coordination of product and technology roadmaps
Your Profile
Degree in electrical engineering communications engineering mathematics physics or similar
Many years of professional experience in systems engineering for complex development projects
Several years of experience in the technical management of teams
Practical experience in the field of electronic warfare (radar and/or communication frequency range)
Interdisciplinary knowledge of related disciplines such as marketing production and sales to align development with market requirements
Creativity and innovative spirit
Assertiveness ability to work in a team and motivation
Business fluent in German and English
