Job Description
Role: Tax Administrator
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: Warsaw Poland (hybrid)
We are hiring for a Tax Administrator to support clients with their VAT obligations & registrations globally - dealing with tax registrations obligations VAT advisory and e-commerce consultancy.
Tax Administrator the role:
- Calculating and filing European VAT returns in a detailed and timely manner ensuring the highest accuracy is maintained.
- Communicating with the tax offices regarding your clients accounts and obligations.
- Liaison with Tax Authorities on VAT Issues.
- Managing VAT administrative duties and paperwork.
- Managing VAT queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Remaining up to date with VAT law and any changes in VAT legislation.
- Providing great customer service to build trust rapport and a strong relationship with your portfolio.
- Ad hoc projects as and when they arise
Tax Administrator the person:
- Confident and with excellent communication skills for client interaction and engagement.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in Polish and English.
- Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability.
Desirable skills knowledge and experience:
- Experience working in VAT/Accountancy/Finance department.
