Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
*Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and hiring candidates.
*Lead mentor and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
*Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
*Utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve recruitment processes.
*Build and maintain a strong employer brand through recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.
*Develop relationships with universities job boards and industry networks to source candidates.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
*Optimize recruitment tools including ATS and CRM systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
*Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill cost-per-hire and retention rates.
Qualifications & Skills:
*Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
*10 years of experience in recruitment with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruiting strategies.
*Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience recruiting for technical positions.
*Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
*Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP AIRS) is a plus.
