Job Description
Job Title: DevOps .Net Developer
About the Company:
Our client a prominent IT Technology & Services Management MNC is committed to advancing digital technologies in the insurance sector. Operating in 26 countries globally they provide a wide range of insurances pensions investments and services utilizing advanced technologies such as Cloud Digital Robotics Automation IoT Voice Recognition and Big Data science.
Location:
Hiranandani Garden Powai. We welcome candidates who are open to relocating to Mumbai.
Experience:
4-12 years
Skill & Knowledge Details:
- University degree in computer engineering / IT and/or similar qualification
- 4 - 12 years of working experience in software development as a developer and hence in-depth knowledge of the processes of the entire software development and product life cycle especially in SAS environments
- Strong knowledge about clean coding object-oriented development principles patterns and agile development practices as well as DevOps technologies
- Hands-on experience with SAS DI studio Appian and good understanding of financial closing processes like IFRS17 would be an asset or strong willingness to learn
- Deep technical knowledge in working with Microsoft technologies like Visual Studio & .Net C# Core Azure DevOps Pipeline (yaml) Development SQL Server MS Azure and familiar Database technologies (SQL PL/SQL stored procedures)
- Experience in managing expectations when balancing alternatives against technical and financial constraints
- Track record of successful implementations that delivered value to the business resulting in measurable business outcomes
- Consulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharing
- High degree of commitment and the willingness and ability to master the various tasks are essential
- Fluent command of Business English
Technical Skill'- Experience in designing Java applications. Strong experience in creating front-end layers of software in Java technology: Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, Spring - Expert understanding in SOA, ESB, Messaging, Event Processing technologies - Experience with relational and non-relational dbs like SQL Server, My SQL, Casandra or Mongo Redis/mem-cached for implementing caching solutions - Experience in AGILE (SCRUM) methodology and ability to define product life cycle - Strong foundation knowledge around integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Apache Storm, Kafka etc. - Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences Secondary Skills: ----- " Need to work closely with Business and Technical Stakeholders to understand the functional and non-functional requirements.
