Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: translate business requirements into detailed User Stories
- Based on the product requirements define and document the requirements of the project.
- Structure the requirements into levels of different granularity down to the granularity that allows the requirements to be implemented by development team.
- Ensure that the requirements are clear complete distinct and without contradictions.
- Ensure the vertical traceability from the product requirements down to the most detailed level of requirements.
- Document the requirements according to companies requirement guidelines.
- Manage changes to requirements according to companies change management guidelines.
- Resolve any requirement issue found by changing existing or adding new requirements.
- Support the project processes on any questions about requirements.
- Cooperate with project requirement management and all stakeholders within the project.
In addition:
Support the Requirements Management Plan.
Ensure availability of milestone requirements deliverables.
Define requirement attributes and facilitate their use throughout the project.
Establish and implement effective requirements practices including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process.
To permanently optimize processes to increase quality and efficiency standards.
Requirements
- Certificate from a technical or business institute (e.g. in engineering accounting applied psychology) or other recognized professional qualifications
- 6-9 years of strong professional experience in a comparable position in creation of requirements specifications and test cases
- Ability to translate complex technical processes into simple to understand for the business and transform business requirements into technical language for development.
- Brings sharp analytical and technical writing skills experienced in producing high-quality documentation
- Strong experience in an agile environment for agile delivery preferably with SAFe framework or Scrum also considerable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of basics principles and techniques of the requirements engineering in IT development project within a regulated environment preferably healthcare and diagnostics industry.
- Experience in use of requirement management tools
- Strong critical thinking and methodical working style person.
- Good team player Open minded and communicative.
- Can work independently focused and highly motivated.
- Good level of Spanish written and spoken (highly desirable not mandatory)
Responsible for overseeing the strategy, governance, and quality of all master data (Vendors, Customers, Materials), ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business processes across the organization. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in global data management. in depth knowledge in Master Data Governance and Strategy Expertise in Data Quality Management knowledge in Data Integration and Architecture Change Management and Data Migration
