Job Description
- WFH Hybrid - Canberra ACT location

- Up to $133.80/Hour including Superannuation
- Multiple Positions available
Our client a large Government organisation are seeking an Senior Project Manager to join their team.
The Senior Project Manager will be primarily responsible for the managing several projects for the Revenue Office related to the Future Operating Model. These projects will be PRINCE2-based within an MSP-based program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare PRINCE2 artefacts such as project plans stage plans end stage reports work packages status reports issue papers change requests and the like.
- Work to the Program Manager and collaboratively with all project and program stakeholders.
- Control their budget manage their risks and stakeholders and communicate effectively.
Selection Criteria:
- Degree in project management business administration or related field with PRINCE2 certification being highly favoured. NOTE: technology qualifications and certifications are not a pre-requisite for these roles.
- Experience in a wide range of Government programs either at the Commonwealth or State/Territory jurisdictional levels.
- A strong and recent background in one or the other of the following:
a. Market approaches for cloud-based technologies; orb. Organisational change
On offer is a 12-month contract at a highly sought after Government organisation with a highly competitive hourly rate.
