Job Description
Your role as an Invoice Variance Controller
- Deal with invoice matching variances in a timely manner as defined within the service partnership agreement
- Provide a seamless service to General Managers who require credits or stock adjustments
- Providing a high level of customer service through our Pub Query System
- Create a culture of challenge around variances encountered and always strive to eradicate root causes
- Establish if and where a process has failed and take the necessary steps to prevent future issues and be comfortable recommending process changes where required
- Be the first port of call to assist 1700 pubs with delivery or stock queries
- Day to day reporting tasks and ad hoc as requested
