About the Opportunity
The Partnerships Manager is a strategic driver responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with partners and driving their success on our platform. This role combines proactive problem-solving and project management skills to deliver measurable outcomes for both partners and the organization.
The Impact You Will Make
Partnership Management: Manage a portfolio of existing strategic partnerships ensuring partner satisfaction maximizing mutual value and identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to grow existing partnerships and identify onboard and integrate new strategic partners within the campus and hospitality ecosystem.
Partner Success: Act as the primary point of contact for partners proactively addressing their needs fostering open communication and ensuring successful implementation of joint initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Streamline and scale partnership operations developing and implementing processes for efficient onboarding communication reporting and performance tracking.
Business Development (Supporting): Support the Director in identifying and evaluating potential new partners contributing to the business development process. This will be a smaller component of the role.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g. sales marketing product operations) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partnerships.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership performance providing regular reports and insights to the Director and other stakeholders.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and emerging opportunities within the campus and hospitality ecosystem.
What You Bring to The Table
Bachelors Degree preferred or highschool diploma/GED years of experience
3-5 years experience in working with strategic accounts in a sales marketing or account management capacity
Strong organizational skills
You thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent communication skills. Good listener capable of comprehending client issues and translating them into an appropriate solution.
Proven ability to work across many departments to solve problems and achieve results
Strong computer skills (MS Office Google products) with the ability to quickly learn new software. Experience with Salesforce and JIRA a plus
Strong problem solving skills and comfortable analyzing and articulating data
Thinking like an owner- being proactive rather than reactive when it comes to account health

We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role we offer commission with a base salary range as outlined below based on factors including geographic location.
New York: $74000 - $112000 ($91000 - $135000 OTE range)
Chicago: $66000 - $99000 ($82500 - $123500 OTE range)
Grubhub uses geographic-specific salary structures which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors such as the candidates skills education training credentials and experience.
