At Workshop the Strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a key partner to our largest and most complex this role youll build deep relationships guide strategic adoption and help our customers get real value from Workshop.
As an experienced CSM you understand the nuanced needs of enterprise customers and youll bring that experience to the table serving as a trusted partner who drives adoption leads impactful QBRs surfaces growth opportunities and ensures long-term customer value through proactive engagement and collaboration. Youll also work closely with our Account Managers Product and Support teams to align on what matters most to each customer.
