Youll collaborate with leaders in Seattle and across our global offices to build the teams behind the products that help millions of people send cross-border payments safely and reliably. From creating a standout candidate experience to strengthening our brand as an employer of choice youll play a vital role in shaping both our company and the impact we have on our customers lives.
You Will:
Act as a trusted partner to hiring teams helping shape recruiting strategies build strong talent pipelines and bring workforce plans to life.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment processfrom kick-off to offerto ensure alignment and great outcomes.
Advise hiring managers on talent strategy sharing insights and guiding decisions that drive team and company success.
Proactively build relationships and stay connected to top talent through ongoing market research and networking.
Lead efficient inclusive interview processes and support hiring teams with training and tools to make confident hiring decisions.
Create a smooth welcoming experience for candidates from first touch to onboarding.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across functions
Leverage data and market trends to shape strategies track results and continuously improve.
You Have:
5 years of recruiting experience
Successful multi-year full-cycle recruiting results
Experience building strong hiring partnerships and working with senior leaders
Strong sourcing and screening skills that lead to quality talent pipelines
Experience with Workday highly preferred
Offer negotiation and closing ability with experience closing mid to senior level roles.
Experience leading and contributing to global recruiting projects
A growth mindset who sees challenge as opportunity
Compensation Details. The starting hourly rate for this role is $60.00 - $70.00. This is a hybrid role.
