Quality, Safety and Environment Engineer

• Implementation of quality requirements/procedures established in the manufacturing of products and industrial processes as well as instructions related to solving quality issues

• Support and follow-up on certifications (1st 2nd and 3rd party)

• Monitor and provide support for ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 50001 certification

• Manage documentation for the integrated management system ensuring its updating and organization

• Monitor the objectives of the Quality Environment and Safety areas

• Manage findings and improvement actions supporting the resolution of non-conformities and the implementation of improvements

• Ensure the integrity of the Integrated Management System is maintained when planning and implementing changes to the IMS

• Report to Top Management on the performance of the quality/safety/environmental management system

• Ensure compliance with planned activities for the Integrated Management System

• Follow up and participate in the continuous improvement of IMS processes ensuring they achieve the desired results

• Support the management of the environmental and safety management system ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 standards Group policies legal requirements and other applicable requirements

• Prepare coordinate and deliver training and information sessions in the various areas managed by the department

• Identify and assess current and potential risks in work activities enabling appropriate preventive actions

• Implement Occupational Health and Safety requirements/procedures established in the manufacturing of products and industrial processes along with instructions related to resolving safety issues

• Ensure customer focus is promoted throughout the organization

• Guarantee safety environmental and quality procedures and standards at workplaces

• Respect and uphold company rules/policies regarding Quality Environment and Safety

• Ensure compliance with legislation when making changes within the Organization

• Correct use handling and care of collective and individual protective equipment provided by the company

• Compliance with internal QAS rules

• Adherence to current legislation and the policies of the Company and Group as applicable

• Ensure employees work while complying with all workplace safety rules

• Ensure that high-risk tasks are not performed if employees or companies do not meet the safety requirements needed to execute the task

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree/Higher education in Chemical Mechanical Electronic or Industrial Engineering

• Training/Certification in ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the areas of Quality Safety and Environment

• Senior Safety Technician certified at level VI (validated by ACT) (preferred)

• CCP in Trainer Training (preferred)

• Training in continuous improvement (LEAN or WCM) is an asset (green belt black belt)

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
